Dr. Tripathi holds a D.Phil. in Soil Microbiology and has spent over 60 years at the intersection of agricultural science and real-world farming. He has authored 62 research papers spanning plant pathology, soil microbiology, nematology, pesticide residue science, and crop nutrition.
He has served as Research Scientist and Agricultural Consultant to Cargill India, Beizo Holland, and the Tata Group, organisations that operate at the highest levels of global agri-science.
Dr. Tripathi also developed two proprietary organic fertilisers - Natal and Seafa, formulated to rebuild soil microbiome health and sustainably increase crop yield without chemical dependency.
